"Wisdom is supreme, therefore get wisdom, though it cost all that you have, get understanding." (Proverbs 4:7, NIV). Wisdom comes through the fear of the Lord(Proverbs 9:10), and can also be a gift from God(1 Corinthians 12:4-8); It comes by hanging out with wise people(Proverbs 13:20); Wisdom also comes by diligent and concerted search for it ; It could also be as a result of answered prayers(James 1:5-6); Wisdom can be imparted via the laying on of hands of a wise and anointed person(Deuteronomy 34:9); Wisdom also comes via the Word of God(Psalm 19:7).
